New Student Admission Policy:
- 1. In the event of acceptance and registration, the father must be present in person to fill out and sign the application form and attach all required documents. An exception to this is in the event of the father’s death, in which case a death certificate and guardianship ruling must be brought. In the event of divorce, a court ruling granting the mother final custody or a ruling granting educational guardianship must be brought.
- 2. Admission to the school requires that the student pass a personal interview and an admission test in Arabic, English, and mathematics for students starting from the fifth grade, and the results are communicated to the guardian.
- 3. Upon acceptance of the student, the registration and acceptance fees must be paid, the registration form must be filled out, and the registration and book fees must be paid.
- 4. It is necessary to provide a health certificate for each student from the state health center, along with a vaccination certificate for those in kindergarten.
- 5. The school does not accept students with special needs, slow learning, mental disabilities, or severe psychological problems. They require special care and educational needs that the school does not provide.
- 6. The student will be prohibited from re-registering if the guardian assaults an employee verbally or physically, whether verbally or via social media.
- 7. The school provides transportation service from kindergarten to twelfth grade.

Student Withdrawal Procedures
(The annual tuition fees are considered an amount for a full academic year that must be paid. The school’s facilitation of the payment process through installments does not mean that it is divided into two semesters.)
1. The father or guardian who enrolled the student in the school must be present in person to fill out the withdrawal form, stating the reasons.
2. Paying all financial dues and handing over any entrusted property to the student, the guardian is then entitled to obtain a release from the school’s financial administration.
3. Registration and admission fees and paid installments are non-refundable.
4. The guardian has the right to refund the tuition fees only if the student does not attend school from the beginning of the school year. Only the registration and admission fees will be deducted, provided that the school is notified of this before the start of the school year.
5. If the school registers the student after the start of the academic year and the parent requests the student’s transfer, the parent must pay the full first semester fees. If the student transfers during December, the parent must pay the full academic year fees.
